Depending on your level of experience working out using a ball, you should start out sitting on down on the ball, keeping your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and have someone spotting you to prevent possible injury. Once you become more proficient you can start to kneel on the ball as illustrated. Practice swinging the club on the ball, concentrating on keeping the club (hands) in front of your upper body during the entire swing.
